TrackUrHealth app for iPhone and iPad

Trackurhealth would be a fully secured, iPhone App which would empower and used by the people having Thalassaemia as condition, to track their general health, tests, reports, vaccinations, medicines, appointments, allergies etc. It will also help users being able to contact near and dear ones using emergency services clubbed with GEO location features.
Identity of patients would be kept anonymous and all key client identifying data would be stored in encrypted format. Along with tracking above given features, users would be able to interact with each other through chat and share their views and experiences through discussion forums, blogs etc. Users will have full control over their data, access and would be able to maintain and access complete data at a click away though smart phones etc.

This will also be allow general users / people with thalasaemia as condition to invite their doctors / physicians / GPs / specialists to be able to view their records such as reports, test data , medicine etc . Doctor will have their own dashboard and would be able to see all those users and their records who have invited them.

There will lots of helpful thalassaemia related informational data available before and after login. Also there will be news and updates about all important events and announcements related to thalasemia all over the world.
